How to use the download link in your song email
Your song delivery email can open a download page for the recording. You can also sign in and download the purchased song from Songs.
Open the song email
Check the inbox and spam or junk folder for the email associated with your Songilingy account. Open its download link.
Save the recording
On the download page, select Download audio for the MP3. The iPhone / Save to Files option downloads a ZIP; save it in Files and tap the ZIP to extract the MP3.
Wait if the file is being prepared
A confirmed payment can arrive before the final MP3 is ready. The download page checks for it automatically, so you can return to the same link.
Use Songs if the email is missing
Sign in to the original account, open Songs and use Download song. Contact support if neither route gives you access.
