Using Songilingy

Songilingy lets users create personalized AI-assisted songs, manage saved tracks, contact support, and access paid features. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

Your prompts, uploads, and output

You are responsible for the text, images, audio, and other material you submit. You must have the rights needed to use that material and to request generated songs based on it.

AI-generated output may be similar to content created for other users or available elsewhere. Review all lyrics, audio, titles, and artwork before sharing or using them commercially.

Payments

Paid features are processed through Stripe. Pricing, credits, and purchase options may change over time. You can preview song outputs before unlocking a final track.

All unlock purchases are final and non-refundable except where refunds are required by law. Once a paid digital unlock has been delivered, you are responsible for reviewing the song, lyrics, artwork, and metadata before sharing or using them.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, payment requirements, or security controls.
• Do not upload malicious files, spam the service, or interfere with other users.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve the service, protect users, or comply with legal or operational requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
