What we collect

When you use Songilingy, we may collect account details such as your email address, song prompts and song preferences, uploaded media, generated song records, purchase and billing metadata, and messages you send through the contact form.

We also use browser storage and authentication cookies to keep you signed in, remember settings, and preserve parts of your in-app experience.

To understand how the site is being used, we may collect anonymous traffic analytics such as visited pages, referral source or campaign tags, and rough country information when that data is available from the hosting request. We do not use this feature to store full payment card details, and we do not rely on it to identify you by name.

How we use information

• To create, store, and deliver generated songs and related assets.
• To manage accounts, sign-in sessions, billing, and purchased credits or unlocks.
• To respond to support questions and service requests.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
• To understand traffic trends and measure which channels are bringing visitors to the site.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to run the service, including Supabase for database, authentication, and storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for support email delivery, and additional vendors that support site operations or media generation when needed.

Payments

Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored directly by Songilingy. We may store limited billing metadata such as customer IDs, checkout session IDs, purchase status, and plan or credit information needed to manage purchases, enforce non-refundable digital unlocks, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about your account data or support issues. You may also be able to remove local browser-stored data from within the app or by clearing your browser storage.
