What if the recipient cannot open or hear the reveal?
First check that you sent the recipient link from Share with link. A dashboard or editor link will not open the gift for someone else.
Check that the reveal is saved
Open Edit reveal page, review the gift and select Save and finish.
Send the sharing link
Open Share with link and copy it again. Test that exact link in another browser or a private browsing window.
Check playback on the recipient's device
The recipient may need to tap to open the gift and start the music. Check device volume, connected speakers or headphones, and the internet connection.
Contact us if it still fails
Send support the song title, what happens when the link is opened, and the recipient's device and browser. Do not share your password.
