Use the contact form or email support@songilingy.com. Include the email linked to your Songilingy account, the song title and what you need help with.

Include the account email, song or recipient name, and approximate purchase date if your question concerns payment.
Describe what happened
Say which page or button you used and copy the error message if there is one. For playback, downloads or uploads, include your device and browser.
Check the reply inbox
Replies go to the email you provide in the form. Check spam or junk if you cannot find the response.
