Refunds and problems with a purchase
Song unlocks and music videos are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we'll put it right. Your song purchase still includes three Make it right changes for lyrics or pronunciation.
- A lyric or name needs correcting
Open the purchased song and choose Make it right. Each included change creates two recordings using the original as a reference. The original stays available.
Correct lyrics or pronunciation- You paid but cannot access the song
Do not buy it again. Send us your account email, song title and payment confirmation so we can check the purchase.
Recover a missing song- A charge or another purchase problem
Tell us what happened, the song title and approximate purchase date. Never include your password, full card number or card security code.
Contact support- A music video went wrong
If your video couldn't be finished, or the finished video has a fault on our side, we make it again or refund it. Tell us the song title.
