Where to find the refund policy and get purchase help
Songilingy's refund policy is in the Terms of Use. It is separate from the three included Make it right changes for lyrics or pronunciation after purchase. For a payment or delivery problem, contact support with the purchase details.

For lyric or pronunciation corrections, open the purchased song and choose Make it right. Each of the three included changes creates two new recordings; the original stays available.

Tell support whether the issue is a missing song, duplicate payment, download failure or something in the recording.
Include the purchase details
Provide your account email, song title and approximate payment date. Keep your confirmation available and do not pay again to recover a missing song.
