There's a new face by my brother Who's still learning all our names And my aunt has started telling her Which stories we exaggerate You don't have to know the punchline You can learn it as we go Here's a crown and here's the end of the sofa Someone move that stocking from the floor

Now the timer's started flashing And we're waving you across
