Why have I reached the daily preview limit?
Each pair of songs uses one free preview. The allowance resets at midnight UTC each day. Open Create and look for Sample previews today to see your usage and allowance.
- Read the two numbers
For example, 2 / 10 means you have started two pairs out of an allowance of ten. The allowance can vary by account and region.
Open Create- When you can create more
The next day starts at midnight UTC: midnight in the UK in winter, or 1 am during British Summer Time. Save a copy of your lyrics if you want to use them later.
- What still works
You can listen to unexpired samples and use songs you have already unlocked. The daily preview limit does not stop you using the included Make it right changes on a purchased song.
- If a request failed
Samples confirmed as failed are excluded from this daily count. If the allowance still looks wrong, send support your account email, song title and the numbers shown.
