What people say after hearing their song

Beautiful

I wanted a song for my best friend for her 50th. I got 2 versions of a jazz song. One was little more upbeat than the 2nd. Unfortunately the pronunciation of the name was not correct in version one so I messaged customer support and they kindly let me have both versions without paying twice as the 2nd one the name was pronounced correctly. The support was very quick and efficient. Cant fault them at all. So now i have 2 beautiful songs for a beautiful friend. Thank you Songilingy.

What it makes

Make your own song, even if you have never written one

Songilingy writes personal songs about someone you know, or about yourself. You answer a few questions in the maker above, it drafts the lyrics, and you change whatever sounds wrong. Then it makes the music and the singing in the style you picked.

If you want to produce a track yourself, recording your own voice over a beat you build, a music production app is the better fit. Songilingy is for a finished song about a real person, with their name and your memories in the words.

What to have ready

  • Their first name, or what you call them.
  • Who they are to you, such as wife, dad or best friend. For a song about yourself, choose “It's for me”.
  • The occasion. Pick one from the list or type your own.
  • A sound, if you have one in mind: one genre, a mix of up to four, or “You choose for me”.
  • One or two true details, like a memory or a nickname. The story box asks for at least 20 characters, so one sentence is enough to start.
  • A free account when you are ready to listen, made with Google or an email address. No card is needed.

Make it recognizable

Give the song a real scene, not a biography

You do not need a polished story. Two or three details that only this person would recognize are more useful than a long list of general compliments.

Instead of “you are always there for me,” try “you make tea before I ask and leave the hall light on when my train runs late.”

01

One scene they will recognize

Choose a moment you can picture clearly: where you were, what happened, and the small thing they did.

02

Something only they would know

A nickname, private joke, repeated phrase, or ordinary routine can become the line they notice first.

03

What you want them to hear

Finish with the point of the song: thank you, I am proud of you, I still choose you, or simply I see what you do.

From notes to music

How to make a song for someone

The maker above takes you through these steps one screen at a time. You approve the words before any music is made, then hear both complete versions before deciding whether to pay.

  1. 01

Start with “Write it for me”

Open the maker and choose “Write it for me”. If your words are already written, choose “I have my own lyrics”, paste them and go straight to the sound. If you'd like an example first, see how to create a song for a loved one, or check what keeping a song includes before you begin.

  2. 02

Pick the occasion and who it is for

Choose the occasion or type your own. Add their first name, then tell us who they are to you (Alex is my wife, mom, friend…) so the lyrics start from the right point of view. For a song about yourself, choose “It's for me”.

  3. 03

    Choose the sound

Pick a genre or mix up to four, choose a female or male singer, and set the language of the lyrics. If you have no preference, “You choose for me” works for the genre and the singer.

  4. 04

    Add the story

Share a memory or two, a phrase they always use and what you want them to hear. Rough notes are fine. Stick to things that are true, since the lyrics are written from them.

  5. 05

    Edit the lyrics

Songilingy drafts a title and lyrics on the same page. Change any line, including how a name is spelled, or ask for a fresh draft with a note such as “make it warmer”. Nothing is sung until you approve the words.

  6. 06

Hear both versions, then keep one if you like

Select “Create two free song previews”, then sign in or create a free account with Google or an email address. No card is required. Two complete sung versions are usually ready within a few minutes, and you have 72 hours to listen. Keeping one is optional: a one-time $29.99 unlocks the one version you choose.

Personalized song maker FAQ

Have finished lyrics already? Choose “I have my own lyrics” to start. The page on how to turn your own lyrics into a song covers how long they can be and whether a poem or wedding vows will work.

Can you make a song for me?

Yes. Tell us who the song is for and one or two true things about them. Songilingy drafts the lyrics from your notes, you change anything that is off, and then the music and sung vocals are made in the style you choose. If the song is about you, pick “It's for me” when the creator asks who it is for.

How can I make a song if I can't sing or write music?

Answer the questions in the maker at the top of this page: the occasion, who the song is for, the sound and a few true details. Songilingy writes the lyrics for you to edit, then makes the music and the singing. You don't need an instrument or a microphone.

Can I create a song for free?

Yes. Starting a song, editing the lyrics and hearing both complete versions cost nothing. You need a free account but no card, and daily preview limits apply. You pay only if you want to keep a song: $29.99 unlocks the one version you choose.

Do I have to write the lyrics myself?

No. Give Songilingy a few honest details and its AI drafts the lyrics, then makes the music and sung vocals. You review and edit every word before any music is made, and the singing may repeat or phrase a line differently.

Can I use lyrics I have already written?

Yes. Choose “I have my own lyrics” when you start: paste your words, pick the sound, and we sing them exactly as written. You can still edit them before the music is made.

Can I hear the song before paying?

Yes. After you approve the lyrics, create a free account with no card required and hear two complete sung versions, usually ready within a few minutes, before deciding whether to unlock one.

How long does it take to make a song?

The questions take as long as you want to spend on them. The lyric draft appears on the same page once it is written. After you approve the words, both versions are usually ready within a few minutes, and you then have 72 hours to listen before deciding whether to keep one.

Can I choose the genre, voice, and language?

Yes. Choose a genre or blend, male or female vocals or let Songilingy decide, then select the language for the song.

How much does it cost to keep a song?

Unlocking one selected track is an optional one-time $29.99 payment. It includes the MP3, lyrics as PDF or text, printable lyric designs and QR cards, a reveal page and three lyric or pronunciation revisions. If you have several songs to make, choose the 3-song pack ($69.99) when you keep your first song. The Yearly pass is $219.99 for 12 months, paid once, and it never renews. A music video of a song you keep is $24.99. There is no subscription.

Can I keep the finished song private?

You can download the audio and keep it private. The optional reveal page is unlisted and kept out of search results, but anyone with its link can open or reshare it.
